Traditional Boule


This is the one that started it all, the one I serve at my restaurant. It is a one kilo loaf, made with 30% whole wheat flour. 

  • Real bread with no preservatives

    This bread is made without sugar, fat or preservatives. It has a shelf life of four days at room temperature. It will last one week in the refrigerator. Please enjoy it fresh, then after a few days you can use any leftovers to make great toast, garlic bread or croutons.
